Isaiah 19:1-25

Isaiah 19:20
It will be a sign and witness to the Lord Almighty in the land of Egypt. When they cry out to the Lord because of their oppressors, he will send them a saviour and defender, and he will rescue them.

We are constantly heads over heels in trials and suffering on this Earth. They are for good reason according to the Lord. We have the privilege of coming before the Lord with a humble heart to ask for help in the hard times. God, being the one of ultimate grace and providence, will give us what we need to overcome them. He will not let our oppressors get to us. He save us and defend us and rescue us. That's awesome.

It's through our suffering when God is the most glorified. It is during these times when we truly see God for who He is. We see Him as our saviour, taking us back onto the path of redemption through the blood of His son. We seek Him for peace, for justice, for rest and He will bless us so. Through it all our faith continues to get stronger and larger for Him.
