Isaiah 26:4
Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord, is the Rock eternal.
Our God is good and trustworthy. He is the Rock and our foundation. We can turn to Him when we fall and need someone to pick us back up.
God does not like people who think they're higher than others. God will bring the prideful to a state where they will learn humility. God will bring the persecutors down and they will learn of the pain that the persecuted experience. He will care for the oppressed and poor. God hears their cries of sorrow and in due time will bring joy to them.
Isaiah 26:7
The path of the righteous level; O upright One, you make the way of the righteous smooth.
He has a divine plan for each of us. God has our best interests in mind. There are obstacles in life, its a rollercoaster of ups and downs. He helps us to overcome each down and He lavishes us with His love and grace for each up we pass. You make our paths straight. You make our paths smooth to walk on. This road is not as bumpy and trippy with You.
Isaiah 26:8
Yes, Lord, walking in the way of your laws, we wait for you; your name and renown are the desire of our hearts.
God may you continue to build us up to become great witnesses in Your name. May we strive to live out a life like Your Son, living under the Law of Liberty that Jesus has created. May we have a desire to make Your name known, to share the Good News with the unreached. We wait for the Lord's renown. Stir it up in our hearts a passion for Your name.
